Grzegorz Hajduk, associate professor at the Department of Marketing and Entrepreneurship at the University of Rzeszów, an expert in the field of marketing communication, consultant, CEO and Creative Director at the Huge Voice Creative Agency.

The issues I dealt with in the monograph the management of marketing communications – it concerns enterprises in the conditions of the rapid development of information and communication technologies. The conditions for conducting a dialogue with the market are subject to dynamic changes. In the last two decades, the spread of Internet technology and related socio-economic phenomena have had a tremendous impact on the level of development, of the forms, and instruments of marketing communications. One of the effects of the observed changes is – the growing opportunities of enterprises to use the offers of agencies and other companies specializing in marketing services for business entities. The abovementioned effect has two qualities. It creates wide possibilities of increasing effectiveness of marketing impact on the demand side of the market, but at the same time, it is an organizational challenge for modern enterprises.
